Cancellation & Return Policy

At Balhath we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to some reasons, you need to cancel or return the product you have purchased. We have mentioned some cancellation and Return Policies for the better experience of your purchase. Before making any purchase read the policies carefully.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before Shipment:

If you are willing to cancel your order before it is dispatched, you have to contact our customer support team. We will initiate your request as soon as possible. If you have made an online payment then once the order is canceled successfully, we will inform you via email and refund your money to your original payment method.

Cancellation after Shipment:

If the order is already dispatched, we cannot cancel it. But if you still want to return the product then you have you return it in the given time for a return or exchange. For further information check out our return policy.

Return Policy

Return a product:

Following are the points you have to check if you want to return a product:
1. The purchased item should be in its original packaging and be unused.
2. You can return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. Whenever you buy a product, make sure to check whether it is eligible for return or not.

Process of returning:

Following are the steps to return a product:
1. If you are willing to return a product you have to contact our customer support team for the further process.
2. You have to provide your order details and also the reason for returning the product.
3. After checking all the detailsour team will guide you on how to return the product.
4. If possible, we may arrange for a pickup depending on your location.
5. Don’t forget to pack the product as you receive it.
6. If pickup is not scheduled at your location you have to courier the product back in the given return period.

Refund or Exchange policy:

1. Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will start the process of your refund to the payment method you used during the purchase. You will get your refund in 3-4 working days in your account and the shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Exchange: If you want to exchange the returned product with another product of the same price or at a lower price, you will have to inform us at the time of returning the product so that our customer support team can guide you

Shipping charges:

1. Damaged/Defective Product: If the returned product is defective or damaged, we will refund the shipping charges.
2. For no reason: If you are returning the product without any reason mentioned above then the shipping charges are non-refundable.
